We’re looking forward to joining LAST Conference in Melbourne this week, and excited to have a huge spread of our consultants running sessions for the 2016 schedule. Over the years, we’ve enjoyed being a part of LAST’s journey.
Now a major community event, we are proud to have supported its growth as a grass-roots day for practitioners to get together and share their learnings with fellow experienced professionals.

This year, Ryan McKergow, Lead Consultant at Elabor8 has joined others from the Australian Agile community to help run the event.
“Another LAST Conference is upon us, and this year we have a large contingent from Elabor8 either giving talks or running workshops. LAST’s goal of being ‘a mini-conference for Practitioners, by Practitioners’ aligns really well with what we’re all about. Everyone at Elabor8 either is or has been a practitioner whether that’s an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst. I’m really excited to see so many of the team get involved and share their knowledge.
This year I’m involved in a different capacity at LAST. Instead of speaking myself, I’ve jumped in and helped out Craig and Ed with organising the “collaborative mindset and techniques” track. It has been a really interesting experience being on the organising side and hopefully I’ve pulled together some great talks and workshops for you to attend.”
