Helen Palmer

Helen Palmer

Helen relishes adventures in the workscape. She’s had plenty of her own crossing organisational and national cultures. She carries the curious and resourceful spirit that comes from being born and raised in NZ. She now resides in Australia where she's navigated changes with many Australian organisations. From this she's learnt much about the challenges individuals face when asked to participate or lead change. She brings those learnings with some helpful theory into an interactive classroom experience to help others become change-savvy.

Her infectious energy, humour and a dash of whimsy lighten the experience, and help to cut to core issues and inspire people to play to their strengths.

Helen has facilitated change and learning in many enterprises in Australia and New Zealand including Agriculture New Zealand, Ansett Australia, Asian Pacific Building Corporation, Bristol Myers-Squibs, Land Use Victoria, Magistrates Court of Victoria, Monash University, Oxford University Press, Victorian Building Commission, and Defense Science and Technology Group.
