Company #1 – A bespoke Leadership Program
Modality: Leadership Development
Overview
A state government health organisation partnered with us to create a tailored leadership program aimed to embed new ways of thinking and working across their departments. We collaborated with the organisation’s internal academy and coaches to design and customise the program, empowering executives, senior leaders and coaches to drive effective transformation.
The challenge
The client needed a program that not only imparted leadership skills but also provided practical tools and techniques to implement new approaches at various organisational levels.
Our approach
We designed a blended learning solution over four weeks, incorporating a total of 16 contact hours. The sessions allowed leaders to absorb the material, reflect on it, and apply it to their real-world challenges. We ran pilot cohorts, iterated with different delivery approaches, and successfully delivered the program, receiving glowing reviews.

Company #2 – Rolling out a new Agile framework

Overview
A state utility company engaged us to facilitate the adoption of a new Agile framework. The goal was to transform its traditional, hierarchical environment into a more agile organisation that embraced modern ways of working.
The challenge
The utility wanted a training course focused on their chosen Agile framework while also fostering new behaviours and mindsets among their teams.
They sought eLearning modules to ensure new staff members could effectively upskill in the adopted Agile framework during onboarding.
Our approach
We reshaped our existing Agile Fundamentals content to fit their framework. We worked together with in-house global experts to emphasise the importance of Agile behaviours and mindsets, ensuring alignment with the client’s objectives.

In addition to the in-person training, we iteratively developed two large eLearning modules in partnership with the client.. These modules mirrored the in-person course content, incorporating organisational references to enhance relevance. Once deployed for existing and new staff, this offering provided the utility organisation with a scalable online learning program, customised with its branding and contextual examples.
Outcome
The Agile training was successfully delivered to over 100 staff members. The course received positive feedback from both participants and trainers. Our client has successfully integrated Agile methodologies into their workflow, and the course has been endorsed by the framework’s creator.
Company #3 – Building a continuous learning plan that drives capability uplift
Modality: Integrated learning plan, remote corporate training
Overview
A New Zealand-based online retail company, already utilising Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban, sought a long-term learning and development strategy. Their aim was to further improve their Agile capabilities and sustain continuous improvement.
The challenge
The client required a learning schedule designed to build Agile capabilities in a sustained, iterative manner. This schedule needed to align with the specific needs of different teams and include an embedment plan to address their capability uplift requirements.
Our approach
We facilitated a collaborative workshop with the client to deeply understand their needs and clearly define the value and impact of training and its practical application within the organisation.
Outcome
Co-creating the program and monitoring the training experience.
We worked with the client to co-create a twelve-month tailored delivery schedule. This schedule incorporated micro-courses on specific Agile topics, which were periodically reviewed and updated to reflect ongoing feedback and evolving needs. The program specifically targeted:

Our approach
We worked iteratively with the client to design a six-week blended learning program. The program combined eLearning pre-work, instructor-led remote sessions, and coaching opportunities to maximise learning outcomes.
Outcome
The Agile Team Facilitation course was successfully delivered to 16 staff members, with participants earning ICAgile certification. The course has become a key component of their ongoing Agile development strategy, demonstrating value in supporting their transformation.

We delivered a 10-part series of microlearning sessions across a broad range of topics to support other training modalities and strengthen individual capabilities. These sessions were conducted with staff across the company. Regular check-ins were conducted throughout the program to ensure the client’s needs were being met.
