Elabor8’s Agile for Senior Leaders workshop has been designed to help executives, leaders and senior management understand their role in leading and supporting an organisation adopting agile ways of working.
You’ll learn what agile really is and how adopting agile ways of working adds value to your customers and organisation. You'll also appreciate that leadership education, sponsorship, and support of Agile practices is essential to the success of your organisation in today's rapidly changing markets.
Every organisation is different, in order for the workshop to be fit for your purpose, we've designed 20+ modules to choose from. The workshop is run as a learning Scrum: participants choose modules for delivery and then get to experience life working in an agile team. We plan and prioritise together, run short learning sprints, use agile metrics to inform planning and run mini-retrospectives to ensure that the learning program is fit for your purpose.
Education of the Leadership Team is just the beginning. Our Business Advisory team are then able to partner with you to determine what outcomes you're looking for from implementing agile ways of working, and how to go about achieving them. We're able to support the leaders and wider organisation through the change.
We know getting seniors leaders time is hard and expensive - with that in mind we've designed the workshop to be flexible in how it is delivered by offering 1/2 day, 1 day, and 2 day workshop options.
