SAFE® for Teams is the starting point to building the behaviours and skills needed to become a high-performing team member of an ART. Participants learn how to collaborate effectively within their team and with other teams to deliver value in an integrated way.

In the course, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the Agile Release Train and how it delivers value. They'll explore what they can do to effectively perform their role using Scrum, Kanban and eXtreme Programming (XP) and how these may vary when applying Lean and Agile at scale. We practice writing User Stories, breaking down features, and planning iterations. We also explore how to deliver value within the boundary of an iteration and a Program Increment.

Participants will also learn about the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture, and what it takes to continuously deliver value and improve the train.

We provide highly contextualised training - participants are encouraged to bring along features and stories so that they are prepared for the launch of their own Agile Release Train.
